RRD 2025 Range - Sotavento Beach
I recently had the opportunity to work on an exciting photoshoot for RRD – Roberto Ricci Designs, one of the leading names in high-performance windsurfing gear. This project took place at the stunning Sotavento Beach in the south of Fuerteventura, a place well known for its consistent winds and its long history as the host of the PWA Windsurfing World Cup.
We were there to capture the spirit of RRD's 2025 range of boards, showcasing their cutting-edge design and high-performance capabilities. With the strong winds and Sotavento beach providing the perfect backdrop, we set out to create a series of photos and videos that highlighted the precision and power of RRD's boards in action.
On this photoshooting I worked on everything, from dynamic watershots to wide-angle land shots, to flying my drone to capture the breathtaking aerial views of the action. The goal was to showcase the versatility and performance of the equipment from all angles, capturing both the technical aspects and the thrilling energy that defines windsurfing. Each shot was a testament to the passion and craftsmanship behind RRD's gear, aimed at giving athletes the edge they need to excel on the water.
This was a truly inspiring project, set against the backdrop of one of the world’s most iconic windsurfing locations, and I’m proud to have contributed to bringing the 2025 range to life through these images.
